You do not need to pay commission if you are buying a new launch as it is a direct developer sales. We will be collecting commission from the developer as we are the developer’s appointed agency. 

YES, CPF can be utilised for your purchase and monthly installment provided certain criteria are met

You can buy a new launch condominium or resale condominium if you have meet your Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), however there will be Additional Buyer Stamp Duty involve. If you are buying for upgrade and it is your matrimony house you can request for remission but subject to IRAS apporval.
